Data Scientist

We are currently looking for a Data Scientist.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze customer interaction data across channels to map and evaluate the customer journey;

• Develop and refine customer segmentation models using behavioral, transactional, and demographic data;

• Apply graph-based machine learning techniques to model relationships and detect patterns in customer networks;

• Build and validate predictive models to support personalization, targeting, and retention strategies;

• Collaborate with data engineers, AI engineers, and business teams to translate insights into actionable solutions;

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and analytics workflows;

• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field;

• Strong proficiency in Python and data science libraries;

• Experience with graph machine learning and graph databases;

• Solid understanding of machine learning, clustering, and classification techniques;

• Experience with customer segmentation, journey mapping, or behavioral analytics;

• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau);

• Exposure to cloud platforms and MLOps practices;

• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and effectively.
