We are currently looking for a Consultant Cyber risk management & Innovations.

Consultant Cyber risk management & Innovations are:

• Develop and implement cybersecurity risk mitigation strategies in line with business goals.

• Identify, assess, and prioritize cybersecurity risks across the organization.

• Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and security audits.

• Support compliance with relevant standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, DORA, PSD2).

• Maintain and enhance risk registers and incident response documentation.

• Monitor emerging cybersecurity threats and innovations (AI, zero trust, blockchain, quantum-safe cryptography, etc.).

• Recommend and pilot innovative security technologies and practices to strengthen resilience.

• Collaborate with IT R&D or innovation teams to embed security into early-stage development.

• Plan, execute, and manage cybersecurity-related projects (e.g., IAM, SIEM, cloud security, zero-trust architecture).

• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, DevOps, legal, and business units to ensure secure development and deployment.

• Establish KPIs, timelines, and propose budgets for cybersecurity initiatives.

• Provide technical leadership or oversight for third-party vendors and consultants.

• Contribute to the development of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and governance models.

• Deliver or support training programs to raise security awareness among employees.

• Create documentation, presentations, and reports for senior leadership.

• Support the development and testing of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

• Participate in incident response planning and execution.

The appropriate candidates must fulfil the following criteria (Certificates will be an advantage):

• At least 3 years related experience with Cyber analyses, computer and network analyses.

• Master Degree in computer sciences with a concentration of courses in the areas of Computer and network security, Cybercrime and Anti-Fraud analyses.

• Knowledge of Bulgarian and European Union legislation and other related requirements, guidelines, technical standards and consultation papers related to the regulatory and supervisory framework of the European financial institutions

• Knowledge of Bulgarian Cyber Security Law, National Cybersecurity strategy;

• Excellent command of English – written and spoken;

• Computer literacy – High (OS (Windows, Linux, Unix), Data bases, Programming fundamentals, WEB, Servers, Network devices).
