The opportunity

Our AI Developments team is creating the intelligent automation infrastructure that will change financial services. We need engineers who can think strategically and build systems handling millions of banking operations.

What you’ll own

Technical architecture: Make fundamental decisions about our AI platform. Design React/TypeScript interfaces, build Python FastAPI systems orchestrating AI workflows, create scalable database architectures.

AI innovation: Integrate cutting-edge AI into production banking systems. Build intelligent agents for complex decision-making. Work with Azure OpenAI to create unprecedented solutions.

Business transformation: Partner with stakeholders to solve operational challenges. Your systems will automate processes requiring human intervention. See direct impact of your architectural decisions.

Platform evolution: Greenfield work building new capabilities. Your platform becomes the foundation for future banking operations.

Who we’re looking for

Technical leadership:

2+ years using or even better architecting AI/ML systems in production

Strong full-stack capabilities (React/TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL)

Experience integrating AI into business-critical systems

Strategic thinking:

See technology problems as business opportunities

Translate business requirements into technical architecture

Influence product direction through technical insight

Innovation mindset:

Stay current with AI/ML developments

Balance cutting-edge technology with business reliability

Think long-term platform evolution

Business acumen:

Banking/fintech experience preferred
