    YOUR ROLE:

    • Record, track, and document Integrations problem-solving processes including actions taken through to the final resolution
    • Respond in a timely manner to Integration requests and issues
    • Communicate and provide remote support to end users (mostly accountants and CFO)
    • Install and configure software in Windows environment
    • Managing Installation of API and connectors between the company and the customers, including handling communication of requirements to the customer
    • Respond to Integration tickets in accordance with SLA guidelines
    • Reports and documentation about processes to the Manager and communicates to other teams

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Excellent level in French language, both written and spoken
    • Professional English, both written and spoken
    • A good general knowledge of computer architecture is required
      • Windows
      • API’s
      • RDP
      • Networks
      • Databases
