YOUR ROLE:
Record, track, and document Integrations problem-solving processes including actions taken through to the final resolution
Respond in a timely manner to Integration requests and issues
Communicate and provide remote support to end users (mostly accountants and CFO)
Install and configure software in Windows environment
Managing Installation of API and connectors between the company and the customers, including handling communication of requirements to the customer
Respond to Integration tickets in accordance with SLA guidelines
Reports and documentation about processes to the Manager and communicates to other teams
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Excellent level in French language, both written and spoken
Professional English, both written and spoken
A good general knowledge of computer architecture is required
