YOUR ROLE:
Respond to requests in a timely and accurate way, coming from partners in Salesforce.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for helping others.
Good written and verbal communication skills in French (B2) and English (B2) is a must.
An understanding and interest in the tourism/hospitality industry as well as geography of specific market.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution.
Ability to handle unsatisfied/ upset partners, mediate and find suitable solutions.
Experience in Operations, Sales and with Salesforce tool is a plus.
