Key Responsibilities:
Map and analyse processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Assess automation potential using low-code, AI, and off-the-shelf solutions.
Recommend solutions and prepare business cases, including cost and ROI analysis.
Collaborate on deployment and integration with IT teams and vendors.
Support testing, UAT, and change management during implementation.
Monitor performance and report results, while staying updated on emerging technologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Analysis, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years in process improvement, business analysis, or automation within BPO or tech-driven environments.
Hands-on experience with process mapping tools and low-code/no-code platforms.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, and exposure to AI/ML tools.
Experience in vendor evaluation and project cost modelling.
Understanding of API integration is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to lead projects and work with cross-functional teams.
