Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Developer

Podix is a Bulgarian IT service company focused on offshore/nearshore software development services. We cover a diverse range of technologies in various industries – from creative and design to front-end and mobile development and back-end integration, testing and delivery.

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer to join our team and support the ongoing development and maintenance of our D365 F&O environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in X++, a deep understanding of D365 architecture, and experience with implementing customizations, integrations, and performance tuning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain customizations and extensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O;
• Support day-to-day operations by troubleshooting and resolving functional and technical issues;
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
• Participate in system upgrades, deployments, and patch management activities;
• Design and develop integrations with other systems using REST/ODATA APIs or middleware tools;
• Adhere to development standards and follow Microsoft’s recommended methodologies (LCS, Azure DevOps);
• Maintain documentation of custom solutions, processes, and best practice.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O Developer (AX 2012 or later, ideally D365);
• Strong hands-on experience with X++ development;
• Good knowledge of D365 F&O data structures and business logic;
• Experience with development tools such as Visual Studio and Azure DevOps;
• Familiarity with LCS (Lifecycle Services) and the deployment lifecycle;
• Understanding of standard modules like Finance, Supply Chain, or Procurement is a plus;
• Ability to diagnose and resolve performance issues;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
