DevOps Engineer

About the Position:

We are hiring a DevOps Specialist with strong expertise in automation, CI/CD, and cloud integration. You will be responsible for building and optimizing pipelines, managing containerized workloads, and applying IaC to maintain reliable and secure environments. The role spans multiple cloud providers and hybrid setups, with a strong emphasis on monitoring, observability, and compliance.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable delivery;
• Package and deploy applications in Docker, contributing to container orchestration where needed;
• Automate infrastructure deployments using IaC and configuration management tools;
• Continuously monitor system performance, enabling proactive issue detection and resolution;
• Integrate hybrid and cloud-native services, primarily Azure with multi-cloud exposure;
• Strengthen pipelines with embedded security checks and compliance monitoring;
• Drive improvements in automation, observability, and delivery practices across teams.

Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of professional experience;
• Hands-on Docker (application packaging, deployments, CI/CD integration); Kubernetes exposure (from developer side is a plus);
• Deep knowledge of Azure services (DevOps, Monitor, AD hybrid integration), plus working deployments/debugging in AWS and GCP;
• Experience in Azure DevOps pipelines, GitOps workflows, modern CI/CD practices, Ansible automation, PowerShell scripting;
• Practical use of Bicep, ARM templates, and IaC methodologies;
• Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Azure Application Insights, plus profiling/static analysis tools;
• Implementing GitOps principles, SSL certificate automation, ensuring ISO 27001 standards.
