    The project:

    A leading wealth planning technology platform which is transforming the private banking and wealth management industry.The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building scalable, high-quality, and high-performing web applications.

     

    In This Role You Will:

    • Design, build, and sustain high-quality, reusable, and efficient code.
    • Demonstrate expertise in writing automated tests to ensure code reliability.
    • Work with and modernize legacy codebases.
    • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from initial concept to production release.
    • Optimize application performance, maintain high-quality standards, and enhance responsiveness.
    • Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to drive development forward.
    • Review code, provide mentorship to junior developers.

     

    Qualifications/Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in software development
    • Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails.
    • Experience with a frontend framework such as Turbo + Hotwire/Vue (or similar).
    • Strong understanding of backend, front-end and datastores.
    • Proven experience in software development methodologies and best practices.
    • Strong communication skills.
