System Engineer

Our international IT Hub in Sofia, Bulgaria, is growing, and we are looking for a System Engineer. You’ll be part of an international team, working in a vibrant environment that encourages the exchange of knowledge and ideas both onsite and offsite.

Your Responsibilities:

Monitoring and administration of the central server infrastructure

Troubleshooting in the areas of servers, server hosting, Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, OS near/basic software (e.g. FTP, IIS, print servers), virtualization and network

Second level support of the central infrastructure for corporate IT and internal business partners in Europe

Coordination and control of external providers / service providers

Collaboration with project and application teams to support projects and take over new services into operations

Your Requirements :

Completed education as an IT specialist (m/f/d) system integration or completed studies in the IT environment

Very good knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems and a broad basic knowledge of various IT systems

Experience with Active Directory services, Exchange and scripting languages such as PowerShell is an advantage

Good knowledge of ITIL standards
