    Our international IT Hub in Sofia, Bulgaria, is growing, and we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Product Owner Coordinator to support two Product Owners in their daily work with cross-functional software development teams. You’ll be part of an international team, working in a vibrant environment that encourages the exchange of knowledge and ideas both onsite and offsite.

    In this role, you will take ownership of operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth collaboration and transparent processes, allowing the Product Owners to focus on strategy and stakeholder.     Your Responsibilities:

    Prepare, organize, and follow up on team meetings (Planning, Refinement, Review, Retrospective).

    Maintain Jira backlogs, Confluence pages, and documentation with accuracy and clarity.

    Track action items, decisions, and deadlines to ensure accountability.

    Create and update reports, presentations, and status overviews for internal and external stakeholders.

    Coordinate schedules, organize workshops, and support daily team operations.

     

    Your Requirements :

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Experience with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence (or willingness to learn quickly).

    Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).

    A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

    Previous experience in an administrative, project support, or agile environment is an advantage.
