    Our international IT Hub in Sofia, Bulgaria is growing. You will be able to work with different teams within the PHOENIX Group in Europe, being involved in projects related to SAP, Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, OCC, Business Intelligence, ERP, and CRM Solutions. You will have the chance to participate in the development of projects and products that are diverse, visible, interesting, and for the public welfare and health. You will work in an international environment and culture with a constant exchange of onsite-/offsite knowledge.

    We are looking for a Network Security Coordinator to join our international team in Sofia.

     

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Work in a team responsible for planning, coordinating, and validating any kind of WAN (e.g. MPLS) changes.

    • Lead and drive WAN change requests from the idea to go live.

    • Coordinate between internal business partners, team members, and external partners.

    • Evaluate and improve internal processes and related documents.

    • Report of status and progress to the next management level and key stakeholders.

    • Support in WAN-related technical questions.

    • Maintain Configuration Items and IP address databases.

    • Ensure lifecycle of related environments.

    • Consult our internal European customers to identify their requirements and initiate changes based on them.

     

    Your Profile:

    • Apprenticeship / study as IT specialist for system integration or comparable well-founded IT qualification.

    • Ability to work in a self-organized, efficient and well-structured way.

    • Good and proactive communication skills.

    • Good knowledge in ITIL principles and practices.

    • Knowledge and experience in working in large network environments is considered as a benefit.

    • Knowledge in administration of network equipment.

    • Cisco CCNA/CCNP or related level of knowledge is considered as a plus.

    • Motivation and interest in learning new skills.

    • Good business- and technical level English skills, both written and spoken.
