Our international IT Hub in Sofia, Bulgaria is growing. You will be able to work with different teams within the PHOENIX Group in Europe, being involved in projects related to SAP, Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, OCC, Business Intelligence, ERP, and CRM Solutions. We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join our international team in Sofia for one of our internal companies called Apotek 1.
Apotek 1 is Norway’s largest pharmacy chain and has a number of complex services. Several of the services are considered critical to society, and there are also great demands on accessibility and safety.
The Department of Operations and Infrastructure currently consists of 17 people. Our tasks range from classic operational tasks such as maintenance and support etc., to architecture, implementation, etc. Apotek 1 is owned by Phoenixgroup Pharmahandel, and our department interacts closely with colleagues in Corporate IT (CIT). Apotek 1 is among the largest and most competence-heavy companies affiliated with Phoenix group and we experience that we gain a lot of respect and understanding for our requirements and needs.
Your Responsibilities:
• Closely interact with relevant parties in the business’s product areas, development team, CC IT&D, other IT functions, etc. related to on-premise infrastructure such as server administration, network configuration, etc. Apprx. 60% of our tasks are by request of Product areas and other IT Functions.
• Proactively mitigate security vulnerabilities.
• Support Team leader and colleagues.
• Participating in projects where on-prem infrastructure either has interests or deliverables.
Your Profile:
• 2-3 years operating Linux server operating systems in complex multinational environments.
• 2-3 years experience with network administration with an understanding of switching, routing, and firewalls.
• Understanding and experience with cryptography.
• Experience with scripting and automation is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of Azure and networking is beneficial.
• It is advantageous to have knowledge of GDPR, the Health Norm, EIDAS, etc.
• It is advantageous to have expertise in Atlassian products such as Wiki and Jira.
