Our international IT Hub in Sofia, Bulgaria is growing. You will be able to work with different teams within the PHOENIX Group in Europe, being involved in projects related to SAP, Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, OCC, Business Intelligence, ERP, and CRM Solutions. You will have the chance to participate in the development of projects and products that are diverse, visible, interesting, and for the public welfare and health. You will work in an international environment and culture with a constant exchange of onsite-/offsite knowledge.
We are looking for an Agile Lead to join our international team in Sofia.
Your Responsibilities:
• You are accountable for the strengthening of agile processes and related project management in AI projects, as well as for organizing and facilitating meetings, establishing routines, defining roles, monitoring progress, etc.
• You provide hands-on coaching and technical support to enable seamless collaboration within the teams.
• You take ownership for fostering high-performing teams by actively identifying and removing impediments, improving team dynamics, and enabling a culture of ownership and accountability.
• You continuously assess team health and performance using relevant metrics and feedback loops, and implement actions to increase team effectiveness and delivery quality.
• You train and mentor teams in agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and DSDM.
• You contribute to a community of practice, sharing insights and driving continuous improvement.
Your Profile:
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• You have a proven background as a Scrum Master with credible experience and a very good knowledge of Kanban.
• You demonstrate excellent facilitation skills and the ability to engage teams effectively.
• You enjoy working in a fast-moving, changing, innovative environment.
• You are passionate about process improvement and experienced in implementing effective project management practices.
• You have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills and are confident in communicating and working with a varied stakeholder group, including senior stakeholders.
• You feel comfortable working on several fast moving projects (existing and new) at the same time.
• You should be a highly self-motivated team player and live and breathe agile.
• You are result driven, motivating, and empathic, and appreciate that creating value is the primary goal of our projects.
