If you’re a skilled developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in backend development for medium to large-scale web applications, your expertise could be vital to our team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely to design and develop software that aligns with our company and product vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold and enhance technical quality.
• Actively contribute to technical decision-making.
• Implement and refine bug and incident processes.
• Champion continuous improvement and best development practices.
• Apply testing methodologies where appropriate.
• Collaborate with team members to clarify and refine requirements.
• Assist in identifying project bottlenecks and dependencies.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proficiency in PHP.
• Familiarity with Database and Caching Technologies.
• Experience with Laravel framework.
• Knowledge in communication and messaging technologies (HTTP, Web Sockets, RabbitMQ).
• Expertise in API development.
• Understanding of software design patterns and messaging patterns.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaborative skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
