Your responsibilities will involve managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring our innovative solutions meet our high standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication among project owners, designers, developers, and QA specialists to define project requirements clearly.
• Participate in innovative Discovery workshops to help shape the vision of projects.
• Document user stories and issues, maintaining clear and precise records.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and processes.
• Develop Agile timelines, schedules, and sprints tailored to specific project needs.
• Monitor and report on the progress and performance of each task during sprints.
• Support all team members by providing necessary information and showing empathy and understanding.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum of three years experience in a project management role such as Project Manager, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or QA.
• Advanced understanding of software development mechanics.
• Experience in the fintech industry will be an advantage
• Demonstrated commitment to values of responsibility, honesty, and integrity.
• Strong time management abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A positive attitude and the ability to maintain a supportive team environment.
