In connection with expanding the teams of our partner, an esteemed financial institution with a growing IT Department, we are looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead!

Responsibilities:

– Manage a team of Software Engineers and DevOps (for ML and AI Platform)

– Lead responsibility for shaping and evolving the Machine Learning and AI Platform

– Maintain observability, runbooks, and incident response for operational reliability

– Coordinate development with Engineers, IT, InfoSec, and others to ensure platform integration and alignment

Requirements:

– Programming language – Python or other

– Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure

– Experience with cloud providers (Azure or AWS or GCP)

– Experience with Terraform

– Docker and Kubernetes

– SQL Databases (PostgreSQL or other)

– Experience with Kafka

– Good command of English

Considered a strong advantage: 

– Leadership experience

– Knowledge of ML and AI
