Responsibilities:

– Define and champion a forward-looking product vision that emphasizes key features and strategic milestones.

– Connect product initiatives to business goals, driving alignment and fostering clear communication across teams.

– Oversee the entire product lifecycle from discovery and concept development through to launch and ongoing performance tracking.

– Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product needs, create user stories, and set success metrics

– Drive the planning and implementation of new card scheme partnerships and the integration of alternative payment solutions.

– Track and assess business outcomes to ensure value delivery aligns with organizational goals.

Requirements:

– 3+ years of experience in product or project leadership for a B2B product (or similar role)

– In-depth knowledge of payment processing systems, including how authorization and settlement processes work

– Strong technical understanding of IT ecosystems and modern technology trends.

– Data-driven attitude with the ability to analyze transaction data and enhance payment flow efficiency

– Excellent communicator with the ability to facilitate workshops and manage diverse stakeholder groups.

– Analytical thinker with a results-driven mindset, able to connect actions to KPIs and measurable goals.

– Eager to grow, adapt, and continually enhance skills and responsibilities.
