Responsibilities:

• Define and champion a forward-looking product vision that emphasizes key features and strategic milestones.
• Connect product initiatives to business goals, driving alignment and fostering clear communication across teams.
• Oversee and optimize the ART backlog, collaborating with stakeholders to maintain a balanced pipeline of business and technical features.
• Empower teams by guiding critical product decisions and providing context for decentralized execution.
• Lead planning and improvement sessions, including PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Track and assess business outcomes to ensure value delivery aligns with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product or project leadership within complex environments
• Proven expertise in backlog prioritization, release planning, and continuous discovery practices.
• Strong technical understanding of IT ecosystems and modern technology trends.
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks and delivery tools
• Excellent communicator with the ability to facilitate workshops and manage diverse stakeholder groups.
• Analytical thinker with a results-driven mindset, able to connect actions to KPIs and measurable goals.
• Eager to grow, adapt, and continually enhance skills and responsibilities.
