    We’re seeking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer for frontend tribe team testing, focusing on functionality, compatibility, performance, and security. Responsibilities include creating test documentation, mentoring testers, and enhancing testing processes. Must have a deep understanding of software testing life cycle, proficiency with tools like Jira and TestRail, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Additionally, we are on the lookout for individuals who are committed to self-improvement and are not afraid to employ innovative AI tools in their daily work to drive progress.

    Your key responsibilities:

    • Strategize and document testing approaches for new features;
    • Thoroughly test application functionality, compatibility, performance, and security;
    • Maintain and create relevant test documentation, including test plans and cases;
    • Align process improvements with company policies and Front-End (FE) team needs;
    • Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.

    What we’re looking for:

    • Minimum 3 years as a Manual QA Engineer;
    • Deep understanding of the software testing life cycle;
    • Familiarity with testing management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail);
    • Proficient in writing clear and concise test plans, test cases, and defect reports;
    • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) and tools like Postman;
    • Awareness of financial services, banking, payment processing, or related domains;
    • Proficient in industry-standard QA methodologies (Agile, Scrum);
    • Adapt methodologies for effective testing processes and cross-functional collaboration;
    • Commitment to continuously improving processes, tools, and product quality;
    • Basic understanding of software development;
    • Strong English communication skills;
    • Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.

    Nice-to-Have:

    • Strong command-line skills for troubleshooting and debugging;
    • Advanced understanding of back-end systems, databases, and scripting languages (SQL);
    • Ability to set up and configure test environments using Docker containers;
    • Understanding of security, compliance, and data privacy in fintech applications;
