We’re seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer for mobile app testing, focusing on functionality, compatibility, performance, and security. Responsibilities include creating test documentation, mentoring testers, and enhancing testing processes. Must have a deep understanding of mobile application testing, proficiency with tools like Jira and TestRail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Additionally, we are on the lookout for individuals who are committed to self-improvement and are not afraid to employ innovative AI tools in their daily work to drive progress.

Your key responsibilities:

• Planning the testing process for new functionality;
• In-depth testing of the mobile application’s functionality, compatibility, performance, and security;
• Creating and maintaining the relevance of test documentation;
• Mentoring and supporting a small team of testers, training them in best practices and methodologies for testing mobile applications;
• Initiate and implement testing process improvements to align with company policies and specific of the Mobile team;
• Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working as a Manual QA Engineer on mobile application projects for at least 4 years;
• Deep understanding of mobile application testing processes, including testing on various devices and platforms (iOS, Android);
• Experience in developing test scenarios and documentation;
• Knowledge of testing management and defect tracking tools (such as Jira, TestRail);
• Experience in training and supporting other team members;
• Commitment to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and product quality;
• Strong English communication skills;
• Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to integrate these into daily tasks seamlessly.
