Business/System Analyst (Mobile Tribe)

We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a solid background in the fintech domain and a minimum of three years in the role. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, expertise in Business Analysis techniques such as User Stories and Process Mapping, and programming knowledge in PHP and React JS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication throughout the development process.
• Elicit and refine business requirements based on stakeholder feedback and document analysis.
• Analyze system dependencies to facilitate smooth transitions, maintain system integrity, and mitigate risks related to integration and operational failures.
• Analyze mobile system components and their interactions to achieve specific goals and functions.
• Decompose functional initiatives into manageable backlog items.
• Conduct risk analysis and identify root causes of errors in mobile application development.
• Perform gap analysis to pinpoint discrepancies and areas for enhancement.
• Create and maintain comprehensive functional documentation related to mobile systems.
• Contribute to effective backlog management, aligning priorities with business objectives.
• Assess the codebase to evaluate complexity and dependencies within mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical specialists to ensure the successful delivery of mobile products.
• Enhance the company’s Business and System Analysis capabilities within the Mobile Tribe.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
• Outstanding communication skills with proficiency in managing stakeholder expectations throughout all stages of mobile application development (speed & quality).
• Proven skills in requirements elicitation and management, including the ability to formulate clear User Stories and specify Acceptance Criteria using Gherkin syntax.
• Familiarity with iOS and Android design guidelines to ensure compliance with platform standards.
• Ability to assess and improve mobile system performance, identifying inefficiencies or weaknesses to propose solutions or enhancements.
• Strong analytical skills for critically evaluating information from diverse sources.
• Experience in managing functional decomposition and task prioritization.
• Solid technical skills, including:
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• General knowledge of software architecture.
• Familiarity with data interchange formats such as XML and JSON.
• Proficient in modeling techniques including BPMN and UML (at least Use Cases, State Machines, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and ERD).
• A proactive and creative problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Docs.
• Skill to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced and uncertain environment.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.

Would Be a Plus:

• Experience in the fintech domain.
• Experience documenting and testing APIs using tools like Postman, SoapUI, and Swagger.
• Understanding of AI concepts and techniques relevant to system analysis,
• Professional certifications related to business analysis or system analysis.
