    As a CRM Product Manager, you will drive the development of Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and align with strategy. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and architects to design and implement scalable CRM initiatives while managing the product roadmap and backlog in an agile environment.

     

    Role Remit:

    • Work with business stakeholders to understand their business needs to build and refine initiatives and gather requirements
    • Collaborate with technology leads and architects to assess the feasibility of initiatives
    • Based on the requirements, work with developers and architects to design solutions on the Salesforce platform that support the business needs, fit into our Salesforce strategy and are easy to maintain
    • Write user stories with detailed requirements that are ready for development
    • Help develop and communicate the Salesforce strategy and roadmap.
    • Collaborate with the other Product Managers to create and prioritize the backlog, refine the backlog, and participate in agile ceremonies.
    • Serve as the CRM subject matter expert, helping partners identify opportunities for improvements, analyze complaints and issues, and identify solutions.

     

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • 3+ years product management experience
    • Proficient knowledge of a CRM platform (e.g. Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent). Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud is a plus.
    • Experience working with agile development teams and workflows in JIRA, Confluence or similar systems.
    • Ability to communicate results to management and in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to develop, lead and manage large, complex initiatives.
    • Ability to motivate or influence senior level team members.
    • Exceptional organization skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
    • Product management or product owner certifications preferred, not essential.
    • Experience drawing process flows and UX designs is a great plus

     

    As a plus:

    • Financial services industry experience is a great plus.
    • Understanding of customer service processes and tools (B2B and B2C) is a great plus
