Role overview
We are looking for a Integrations Specialist to be a key contributor to our client experience by managing the integration process of our iGaming software products. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational, communication, and technical skills who is excited to support clients throughout their onboarding and ensure smooth ongoing operations.
Responsibilities:
Serve as primary point of contact for clients and internal teams during the integration process of iGaming software
Respond to all client inquiries regarding an API documentation
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with various internal teams and external clients
Develop and maintain a positive relationship with both clients and internal team members
Outline project goals, develop integration plans, and track progress throughout the project lifecycle
Give regular status updates to the team manager and relevant stakeholders
Adapt to shifting priorities and project requirements as needed
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a software development company
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks of differing priorities and deadlines
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated with the demonstrated ability to take initiative
Fluency in written and spoken English
Familiarity with SDLC, standard project management process and procedures
Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Office Suite applications
Basic knowledge of Git
Good to have:
Technical background (basic knowledge of JSON, XML, SQL)
Experience with API integrations
