About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data from internal and external sources, identifying patterns in user behavior, and providing actionable insights to improve business performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with data analysis tools, and the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and compile data from external and internal sources.
• Extract meaningful insights using data mining techniques and analytical tools.
• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in user behavior to support business decisions.
• Analyze large datasets and recommend strategies for business improvement.
• Interpret data from multiple perspectives using statistical, visualization, and business intelligence (BI) tools to gain deeper insights.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentation materials in an appropriate format.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
• Provide statistical analysis and consultation to support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop strategies to identify new opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and enhance marketing campaigns.
• Create clear and insightful data visualizations and dashboards to communicate results effectively.
• Continuously update and optimize analytical processes, using statistical methods and visualization tools to maximize the potential of raw data.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Curious, proactive, observant, and self-motivated.
• Problem-solving and project management skills.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience working with data in CSV, Excel, Google Sheets, and other databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred Qualifications
