As our business rapidly expands across multiple markets and platforms, our IT & Projects division is scaling up to support innovation, digital transformation, and operational excellence across the group. We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead critical cross-functional initiatives and drive impact across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee complex, high-impact projects across multiple brands and markets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business priorities.
Define and implement project management best practices tailored to scope, complexity, and stakeholder needs.
Act as a strategic liaison between business units, technical teams, and executive leadership.
Manage full project lifecycle – from planning, scoping, and resource allocation to execution, delivery, and post-mortem analysis.
Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and manage dependencies to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
Champion Agile and hybrid methodologies where appropriate, driving continuous improvement across teams and workflows.
Establish clear reporting structures and KPIs to ensure transparency and performance tracking across multiple workstreams.
Mentor and guide junior project managers and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and delivery excellence.
Requirements:
5+ years of proven experience in project or program management, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
Strong knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies; PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification is a plus.
Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar tools.
Experience in e-commerce, ERP system integrations, or large-scale digital initiatives is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with C-level executives.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
Analytical mindset with experience in performance metrics, reporting, and risk assessment.
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
