Senior WordPress Developer

We’re looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to join our growing team at ORBIS. You’ll work on custom WordPress solutions that power modern websites, with a focus on clean code, performance, and scalability. This is a hands-on role for developers who care about user experience, enjoy solving technical challenges, and want to grow their skills in a supportive, talent-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Take ownership of technical architecture and decision-making for WordPress projects
• Collaborate with developers and designers to plan and deliver advanced custom WordPress themes
• Customize existing themes to match client branding and requirements
• Use WordPress plugins and integrate third-party plugins
• Manage website content using WordPress CMS
• Implement responsive web designs and optimize websites for mobile devices
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues and bugs
• Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and maintainability

We’re looking for a developer with strong expertise in:

• PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• WordPress, WooCommerce and similar e-commerce platforms
• Responsive development concepts
• Accessibility standards
• Deep understanding of UX design and ability to contribute to product thinking
• Clear, confident communication and independent decision-making
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) or PHP frameworks (Laravel or Symfony) is a strong plus
• B2/C1-level English proficiency
