What you’ll be doing:
Contribute to the development and maintenance of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and back-end developers to build intuitive and user-friendly applications
Assist in designing mobile applications with scalable and maintainable codebases
Participate in code reviews and support junior developers by sharing knowledge and best practices
Optimize application performance to improve responsiveness and user experience
Integrate third-party services, APIs, and libraries into mobile applications
Keep up-to-date with the latest Flutter trends and best practices
Work within Agile frameworks, to manage tasks and project timelines
Ensure high-quality standards through unit testing, integration testing, and code quality tools
Skills & Qualifications:
3-5 years of mobile development experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart
Solid understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM, BLoC)
Experience working with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party libraries
Familiarity with native Android/iOS development is a plus
Experience in deploying applications to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
Understanding of state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Redux)
Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for Flutter apps
Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Trello
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
B2/C1-level English proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with version control tools (e.g., Git)
Familiarity with back-end technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., Firebase, AWS)
Experience with performance tuning and app debugging
Contributions to open-source Flutter projects or involvement in the Flutter community
