The role

As Senior Microsoft Power Platform Engineer, you will participate in the design and implementation of comprehensive business solutions using the full Microsoft Power Platform suite. This role offers the chance to work with the complete low-code/no-code technology stack including PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Power Pages. You will be a key part of a team, working on end-to-end digital transformation initiatives and creating integrated solutions that span data visualization, process automation, application development, and AI-powered experiences. Additionally, you will have a chance to work in a team of highly qualified engineers, driven by a true passion for technology and always ready to help each other.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive Power Platform solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI
• Develop end-to-end business applications including data visualization, process automation, and AI-powered chatbots
• Build integrated solutions across the entire Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
• Design and implement data strategies using Dataverse and various data connectors
• Support and enhance existing Power Platform applications when necessary
• Close collaboration and communication with clients and business stakeholders
• Transform business requirements into comprehensive Power Platform solutions
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions on Power Platform best practices
• Write technical documentation for complete Power Platform implementations

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem – PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages, and Dataverse
• Experience with Power Platform connectors and custom connector development
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization, reporting, and analytics
• Experience with Power Pages for building customer portals and public-facing websites
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse data modeling, security, and governance
• Knowledge of PowerFx formula language, DAX, and M Query language
• Experience with Power Platform connectors and custom connector development
• Experience with Microsoft 365 integration (SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Outlook)
• Experience in source control tools like Git and Power Platform ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
• Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM)
• Ability to transform business requirements into comprehensive Power Platform solutions
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
• Excellent spoken and written English

 Nice to Have Skills

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-300, PL-400, PL-500, PL-600, PL-900)
• Experience in Cloud application development within the Azure platform – Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, App Services, Azure Application Insights, Azure Storage, Azure SQL and others
• Experience using Microsoft Graph APIs for Microsoft 365 integration
• Knowledge of .NET Core, .NET Framework, and .NET 7/8 for custom development and Azure Functions
• Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for extending Power Platform solutions
• Experience with Dynamics 365 integration and customization
