The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Developer who is passionate about writing clean, maintainable code and solving complex integration challenges. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, extending, and enhancing Dynamics 365 applications for our global clients.

You will collaborate directly with stakeholders, contribute to technical design discussions, and implement customizations using both server-side (.NET/C#) and client-side (JavaScript) technologies. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow within a dynamic team working on large-scale enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Development & Enhancement

• Maintain and enhance existing Dynamics 365 applications, workflows, and customisations
• Implement new features and functionality based on client requirements and product roadmap
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet evolving business needs
• Develop custom plugins, web resources, and client-side scripts
• Ensure seamless integration with existing system architecture

Client & Product Owner Collaboration

• Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements and provide technical guidance
• Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize feature development and enhancements
• Participate in client meetings to discuss technical feasibility and solution approaches
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans

Development & Quality Assurance

• Collaborate with development teams using Azure DevOps for project management and version control
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to development standards

Support & Documentation

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing Dynamics 365 applications
• Create technical documentation for new features and enhancements
• Provide training and support to end users on implemented solutions
• Support post-implementation optimization and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Experience & Background

• Minimum 3+ years of experience developing on the Dynamics 365 platform
• Proven hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM plugins and JavaScript customization in D365
• Proven track record of delivering complex Dynamics 365 projects from conception to deployment
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, data model, and security framework
• Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and Azure DevOps

Technical Skills

• Excellent proficiency in C# and .NET (including .NET Core or .NET Framework)
• Strong JavaScript development skills, particularly in the context of client-side scripting within Dynamics 365
• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 customization and configuration
• Experience with Azure services and basic integration patterns
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, TypeScript, React)
• Knowledge of SQL Server and data management best practices

• Previous consulting or client-facing experience
• Understanding of enterprise software maintenance and enhancement best practices
• Experience with document management systems or similar enterprise software
