The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will serve as a critical bridge between our clients and development teams. You will be responsible for understanding complex business requirements, translating them into actionable specifications, and guiding clients on optimal product utilization. This role requires close collaboration with Product Owners and development teams to shape product roadmaps and ensure successful feature delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering

• Engage directly with end-user clients to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements
• Provide consultative guidance on mapping client needs to product capabilities
• Recommend best practices for product integration and usage

Requirements Translation & Documentation

• Convert business requirements into clear epics, features, and user stories
• Maintain detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Create and update process models and workflow analyses

Product & Development Collaboration

• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs
• Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements clarity and effective implementation
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Process Analysis & Improvement

• Analyze current business processes and identify optimization opportunities
• Support change management initiatives through documentation and training assistance
• Conduct risk and impact assessments for proposed changes

Data Analysis & Validation

• Perform data analysis to validate requirements and support business decisions
• Continuously improve internal processes for requirements gathering and documentation

Required Qualifications

Experience & Background

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development environments
• Strong understanding of document management systems or similar enterprise software
• Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM) and related tools (Azure DevOps, Jira)

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in business process modeling and workflow analysis
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintaining product backlogs
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management and backlog grooming

• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous consulting or client-facing experience
• Technical background or understanding of software architecture
• Experience with custom or configurable software platforms
