Technical Support with Linux Level 3

One Stream LTD is a software product company, established in 2020 in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. With our amazing team we have developed a unique software for IPTV operators and today we have customers all over the world. Of course we are constantly updating our product in order to keep meeting the high demands of our customers.

Our office is located in Rilon Center, 5 minutes away from the city centre.

We are looking for our new teammates – active, motivated, success-driven people, with the following experience, skills, and knowledge:

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients online

• Ability to identify clients’ problems and propose efficient solutions

• Ability to protect confidential and sensitive information and materials

• Ability to collaborate with other team members in order to provide high-quality support

• Practical experience with a Linux-based operational system

• Experience with PostgreSQL

• Ability to work on shifts (our support is 24/7, on schedule, each shift is 12 hours long).
