As a recent addition to the ODDS Group, our software company ODDS Tech is focused on developing and refining an innovative B2B iGaming solution that brings together sports betting, online casino, payments, and CRM for clients worldwide.
As our front-end team expands, we’re establishing a new department focused on building a new product – Content Management System that will serve as a key design control hub, offering our clients greater flexibility in managing and customizing their online presence. We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our CMS department and help shape a highly interactive, modular interface. You’ll collaborate closely with front-end developers and other team members, using modern tools and technologies to deliver a smooth, intuitive, user experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Drive the end-to-end design process — from initial wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and handoff
Design user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and modular UI components in Figma
Create and maintain a scalable design system for the CMS interface
Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless design implementation across devices
Ensure all designs follow best practices for usability, accessibility, and responsive design
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in a UI/UX design role, preferably in a product-driven environment
Strong portfolio showcasing web-based UI/UX work and thoughtful design decisions
Advanced skills in Figma, with experience designing components, auto-layouts, and prototypes
Strong visual design sensibility with a keen eye for typography, spacing, and aesthetics
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility
Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for better design-dev handoff or prototyping
Experience using Adobe Illustrator for visual or marketing assets
Previous exposure to iGaming or highly interactive B2B platforms
Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React is a plus)
