Senior Front-end Developer

About us:

As a recent addition to the ODDS Group, our software company ODDS Tech is focused on developing and refining an innovative B2B iGaming solution that brings together sports betting, online casino, payments, and CRM for clients worldwide.

Currently, we are in the process of expanding our technical team and are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to be a part of our journey. Joining us, you will be involved in the development of a next-gen iGaming software, from sports betting and casino modules to crypto exchanges. You’ll collaborate closely with other developers and team members from the ODDS Group working on complex challenges using modern tools and technologies.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and maintain React-based Single Page Applications using React 19, React Router, Redux (RTK Query), and TypeScript;
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into responsive, user-friendly interfaces, implementing mobile-first design best practices;
• Work with Styled Components and Material UI to create reusable, scalable component libraries;
• Work with RTK Query ensuring optimal app performance;
• Integrate real-time data streams using Websocket (SignalR);
• Follow best practices in Git version control workflow processes;
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers;
• Work closely with delivery/technical managers, QA, and back-end teams to ensure seamless delivery of features;
• Handle complex DOM manipulations (e.g., virtualization, intersection observers) to improve UX and load times;
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, especially under heavy data traffic;
• Maintain a well-tested codebase with continuous integration and coverage reporting;
• Share your knowledge and help your team evolve best practices;
• Take ownership of production incidents: investigate root causes, deliver timely fixes, and ensure thorough post-mortems to prevent recurrences.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 4-5 years of professional experience in front-end development;
• Solid background with ReactJS and building SPA applications;
• Solid background with JavaScript event loop and resolving race conditions;
• Strong experience using or implementing RTK Query (or similar state management / caching tools);
• Proven ability to build custom, reusable UI components;
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility;
• Troubleshooting and debugging skills;
• Previous work with Websocket live data connections (SignalR);
• Hands-on experience with complicated DOM manipulations and advanced front-end optimization techniques;
• Excellent experience with Git, Git Workflow, GitLab;
• Eagerness to learn the iGaming domain, and a willingness to adopt the latest technologies;
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delegated tasks and responsibilities;
• Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision;
• Work ethics and team play.

Nice to have:

• Experience in unit testing using Jest is beneficial;
• Experience in custom build and bundle configurations using Vite is a plus;
• Experience in the field of iGaming or FinTech is advantageous.
