As a recent addition to the ODDS Group, our software company ODDS Tech is focused on developing and building an innovative B2B iGaming solution that brings together sports betting, online casino, payments, and CRM for clients worldwide.
Currently, we are in the process of building our technical team and are on the lookout for a Project Coordinator to be a part of our journey.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for our business clients to gather project requirements, clarify objectives, and discuss timelines;
• Accurately capture client requests and translate them into clear, actionable tasks in Jira;
• Monitor the status of projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met;
• Regularly update clients on project progress, potential challenges, and solutions;
• Verify that client requirements are fully met before final delivery;
• Measure and report department KPIs.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination or a similar role;
• Proficiency in using Jira or similar software for project tracking and task management;
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members;
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and follow-through;
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies;
• Previous experience in the iGaming field is an advantage.
