Your Mission
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our fast-growing Enterprise Project Office team. Reporting to our Program Manager, you will be supporting the team on collaborating efficiently with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives, create project plans, and adhere to deadlines.
The Project Coordinator is based within our Enterprise Project Office (EPO) and manages small to medium-sized projects while supporting Program Managers on larger scale initiatives. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented with strong communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and sensitive to deadlines.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for the execution of multiple projects, with a focus on client-facing initiatives.
Facilitate project meetings, manage deliverables/milestones, and escalate risks and issues.
Facilitate change requests.
Facilitate risk and issue log updates.
Successfully provide project communication at all levels within the organization and to clients.
Ability to elicit technical and business requirements from stakeholders.
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate a global workforce.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent required.
1+ years’ experience in a similar position or 2+ years being part of project team
4+ years of working experience in corporate environment.
Results-oriented and ability to take initiative.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with PMI, SDLC, Scrum, and Agile methodologies.
Exposure with IT, non-IT, and client focused project management.
Experience coordinating cross regional teams simultaneously
