NTT Data Business Solutions is a part of NTT Data Business Solutions Germany.

    We are looking for a skilled Senior Visual Designer to join our team. As a  Senior Visual Designer, you will work for the SAP Web Design System team. You will ensure the applicability of your designs, working closely with technology and product teams within SAP and exposing concepts and designs to customers and end users for feedback. This role involves driving visual design initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and quality across all user interfaces. Your expertise in various aspects of design language and design tokens will be essential in creating a unified and scalable design system.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure a consistent and high-quality visual language of SAP’s design system across all platforms.
    • Support the visual design theme evolution of the SAP Web Design System Language.
    • Work closely with peers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate the design system into the product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the design system and identify opportunities for innovation.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor or master’s degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Interface Design, Industrial Design, Media Design, or related field.
    • 5+ years of professional experience in leading visual design projects for enterprise software ideally in a global environment.
    • A stunning design portfolio that displays a spectrum of creative design solutions.
    • Proven experience and proficiency with tools, such as Figma and Adobe Suite.
    • Experience and motivation to work in a diverse and global organization.
    • A good understanding of design token architecture is a plus Possess proven track record in designing elements of a design language such as color, typography, illustration, iconography, spacing & layout and more.
    • Can demonstrate visually compelling, innovative, and effective designs specifically for large enterprise software applications.
    • Have a deep understanding and hands-on experience in creating and managing themes and design tokens.
    • Possess a proven track record of developing intuitive interaction designs for large enterprise software applications.
    • Are experienced in leading design projects from concept to high quality outcome to achieve visual design goals and experience in mentoring young talents.
    • Have a structured and independent working style with passion for accuracy and a positive, self-motivated, can-do attitude.
    • A very good command of written and spoken English is a must.
