We are looking for a SAP Application Support Manager to lead and grow our SAP Application Management Services (AMS) team. You will own day‑to‑day service operations, drive continuous improvement, and partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable, high‑quality support against defined SLAs.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the application support team across Incident, Service Request, Change and Problem Management—owning prioritization, escalations and quality.
Run core ITIL processes (Incident/Problem/Change/Knowledge/SLM); track KPIs and SLAs, analyze trends and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with functional and technical experts (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP/QM, HR/SuccessFactors, Basis).
Plan capacity, on‑call/standby rotations (if applicable), and people development—coaching, training, certifications.
Engage business stakeholders and vendors; plan and deliver minor/medium releases and change packages.
