Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a person who is used to always giving their best to become a better professional and a better human being who shares our values and wants to continue their life journey as part of our family of NS1, ScalaHosting & SPanel in the role of a Technical Support Representative.

How can you help?

As a Technical Support Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s identity by being kind and helpful while providing technical assistance to our customers during 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute daily break.

You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting and solving technical issues related to website’s applications such as WordPress, Joomla, Magento, sending/receiving emails, DNS resolution, databases and other web hosting related cases.

You may have up to 4 night shifts per month and up to 2 working weekends which gives you 2 additional off days every month.

Your Core Strengths:

• Kind, helpful, empathic and passionate to learn and improve.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with RedHat-based operating systems such as CentOS, RockyLinux, Fedora.
• Experience with managing services such as Apache, MySQL, BIND, Exim, Pure-ftpd, PHP-FPM via the command line.
• Experience with managing servers with cPanel/WHM.

If you don’t have all the strengths above but you are motivated to do your best and get them, you may still apply for this position but remember to mention that in your cover letter. We are constantly hiring and helping people become true Linux gurus capable of doing all kind of stuff such as designing, building and managing multi-data-center clusters with Geo load balancing or automating processes by coding useful scripts using Bash, PHP and Perl.
