Our Client 

Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing UK-based IT consultancy, specializing in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions and driving digital transformation for leading European companies across industries such as Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Energy, and Consumer Goods. Their expertise spans SAP and Salesforce implementation and customization, legacy-to-cloud migration, and platform re-engineering, enabling businesses to optimize their operations and stay ahead in an evolving digital landscape.

As part of their newly established operations in Bulgaria, they are currently looking to expand their team with an experienced MS CRM Dynamics 365 Developer.

Responsibilities:

• Research, design, configure, and implement MS CRM Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Work with solution architects and business analysts to derive design initiatives and guide the development team in translating designs into functional implementations.
• Customize, develop, and unit test software systems and enhancements according to specifications, maintaining high standards of code quality.
• Provide Level 3 support, bug fixes, and enhancements for existing applications, collaborating with the app support team to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee the deployment process in test and production environments, ensure thorough knowledge transfer to the operations team, and document all development work.
• Maintain low-level design documentation and ensure code comments follow industry-standard patterns and practices.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience with implementing MS CRM Dynamics 365 (or previous versions).
• Strong experience with MS CRM SDK, including Plugins and Workflows.
• Proficiency in C# (2.0 & higher), ASP.NET, and JavaScript/jQuery.
• Hands-on experience with Web Services/WCF and SQL Server (2008+).
• Knowledge of MS Azure (PaaS & IaaS) and Performance Optimization techniques (C#, SQL).
• Familiarity with TFS, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Enterprise Library.
• Experience in Design/Scrum Methodologies and Unit Testing (NUnit).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• English language proficiency.
