    We are looking for:  Senior SAP CRM and CX Consultant

    Your Main Responsibilities will be to:  

    • Participate in system enhancements, including requirements gathering and documentation, functional design documentation, configuration setup, testing and training;
    • Mentor associates on software functionality and methodologies to contribute to team success;
    • Proactively manage client relationships and become a trusted advisor;
    • Ensure quality assurance measures;
    • Perform project management duties as directed;
    • Become proficient in assigned products and modules;
    • Participate in software configuration, testing, training and deployment;
    • Prepare business requirements and create system design;
    • Participate in all phases of implementation.

    Must-Have Skills:   

    • 5+ years of experience implementing and using SAP Customer Experience and eCommerce Solutions (SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud);
    • Ability to use creative thinking to propose and implement solutions that address business challenges;
    • Demonstrated problem solving, attention to detail and critical thinking skills;
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
    • Ability to operate with discretion when dealing with confidential information.
