Participate in system enhancements, including requirements gathering and documentation, functional design documentation, configuration setup, testing and training;
Mentor associates on software functionality and methodologies to contribute to team success;
Proactively manage client relationships and become a trusted advisor;
Ensure quality assurance measures;
Perform project management duties as directed;
Become proficient in assigned products and modules;
Participate in software configuration, testing, training and deployment;
Prepare business requirements and create system design;
Participate in all phases of implementation.
Must-Have Skills:
5+ years of experience implementing and using SAP Customer Experience and eCommerce Solutions (SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud);
Ability to use creative thinking to propose and implement solutions that address business challenges;
Demonstrated problem-solving, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
Ability to operate with discretion when dealing with confidential information.
