Neoshare is an innovative fintech company that develops and operates a SaaS platform for project finance and large-volume lending transactions. We help banks and real estate companies to optimize their processes and increase their efficiency
Tasks:
Translate high-level needs into detailed functional and technical requirements specifications;
Support the teams in delivering the designed solutions based on well-described user stories and acceptance criteria;
Feature prioritization in cooperation with the Product Managers and other stakeholders (Product, Sales, Marketing);
Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog;
Guide and support the development team throughout the development lifecycle;
Follow and apply Scrum practices and ceremonies;
Work closely with the Development team and UX/UI Design.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience as a business analyst in software development context
Experience in managing and prioritizing the product backlog
Experience in epic, feature, and user story elaboration
Technical background in software development would be beneficial
Experience in stakeholder management
Good knowledge of software development methodologies
English – strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
Command in the German language would be a plus
