Senior Mobile Developer (Android & iOS)

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Developer to join one of our teams -Bluebeam.

Bluebeam software’s award-winning PDF creation, markup and editing solutions are trusted by 4 million users in architecture, engineering and construction firms, as well as government agencies. Our dedicated Bluebeam team works on industry-leading software solutions that are time-proven and set the standard for project efficiency and collaboration for AEC professionals worldwide.

YOUR DAILY CHALLENGES

• Architect and build scalable, performant mobile features in both Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose) and iOS (Swift/UIKit/SwiftUI);
• Wrote clean, efficient, and well-documented code using the native ecosystems around both mobile platforms;
• Diagnose and fix tricky edge-case bugs, performance bottlenecks, security risks, and platform-specific issues across a wide range of devices and OS versions;
• Collaborate inside and outside the team to achieve business objectives;
• Mentor junior developers through thoughtful code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing;
• Monitor and analyze app health using tools like Firebase Crashlytics, performance metrics, and user analytics to inform improvements;
• Explore and evaluate new technologies, libraries, and patterns to keep our mobile stack modern and efficient.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

• Experience in mobile development (both Android and iOS) with a deep understanding of platform internals and limitations;
• Strong command of Kotlin with Jetpack Compose and Swift with SwiftUI/UIKit and familiarity with the broader mobile ecosystem and toolchain;
• A solid grasp of clean architecture, modular design, dependency injection, and scalable code organization;
• Familiarity with asynchronous programming patterns (e.g. Coroutines, Combine) and state management strategies;
• Experience working within an Agile methodology;
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively;
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science studies;
• Fluent in English.

CONSIDERED A PLUS

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, app release processes, and feature flagging systems.
