    About the role:

    We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Program Manager who can wear two hats: owning and delivering complex projects and programs, and building strong delivery frameworks and governance through a newly forming PMO function.

    This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, product-driven tech environment. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Operations and senior leadership to bring high-impact initiatives to life—while helping us embed structure, visibility, and accountability across our delivery landscape.

    What you’ll do:

    Project & Program Delivery

    • Take full ownership of cross-functional projects or program—from initiation through delivery and closeout.
    • Create and maintain realistic plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and risk registers.
    • Coordinate activities across engineering, product, operations, commercial, and compliance teams.
    • Manage stakeholders at all levels, keeping communication clear, structured, and focused on outcomes.
    • Ensure progress is tracked and blockers are resolved early, driving momentum across teams.

    PMO & Portfolio Support

    • Help design and evolve our PMO practices, frameworks, and reporting standards.
    • Support senior leaders with project prioritisation, delivery metrics, and governance rhythms.
    • Drive continuous improvement in how we plan, monitor, and report on delivery work.
    • Introduce simple, scalable processes that support product and project teams alike.

    People & Culture

    • Role-model high standards and a delivery mindset.
    • Mentor junior team members and help establish a culture of ownership and continuous learning.
    • Work closely with the Head of Technical Program Management to shape team ways of working and delivery rhythms.

    What We’re Looking For: 

    • Delivery First: You’ve led complex tech or cross-functional programs end-to-end, not just coordinated them.
    • Builder’s Mentality: You’re excited by the opportunity to improve structure, not just operate within it.
    • Confident Communicator: You’re clear, concise, and can tailor your message to different audiences.
    • Organised & Accountable: You’re a natural problem-solver who keeps work on track and stakeholders engaged.
    • People-Oriented: You build great relationships and are known as someone people want to work with.
    • Tech-Friendly: You’re confident working in or around agile software delivery and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Excel/Smartsheet as well being well-versed in PMO Tooling.
    • Experienced: 5+ years in project/program management roles, ideally in tech or product-led environments.
    • English Fluent: Strong written and spoken communication in English is essential.
