Our Device & Sales (DAS) platform is the backbone of our sales operations, enabling seamless device ordering, distribution, client handling, rental contract management, and performance reporting. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager – Sales CRM to take ownership of this mission-critical platform, ensuring that myPOS maximizes sales opportunities while providing a world-class experience for our sales reps and partners.

    About the role:

    As a Senior Product Manager – CRM Systems, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and optimization of our sales enablement platform, ensuring that our internal teams and reseller network have the tools they need to accelerate growth. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Engineering teams to streamline order flows, enhance reporting, and improve contract management, ultimately fuelling our expansion and revenue generation efforts.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Define and drive the strategy for the Sales CRM platform, ensuring it aligns with myPOS’s growth objectives
    • Optimize device ordering, distribution, and contract setup workflows to support a fast-growing reseller network
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and other product teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, etc.) to define product requirements, user stories, and success criteria whilst ensuring alignment with the product roadmap
    • Leading end-to-end product development lifecycle, including discovery & ideation, development, testing, launch, and post launch monitoring
    • Enhance reporting and analytics tools to provide sales reps and resellers with actionable insights
    • Continuously improve platform efficiency, reducing friction in sales processes and increasing automation
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

    This role is perfect for you if you have: 

    • 3-5 years’ experience as a Product Manager for a B2B product (or similar role)
    • Strong understanding of financial regulations, AML, and transaction monitoring practices
    • Experience with risk assessment tools, fraud detection systems, and compliance automation
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
