    About the role:

    The Security Architect will play a critical role in defining and driving the organization’s security strategy across myPOS architecture. By designing scalable and resilient security architectures and embedding security into development and operational processes, this expert will ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements. This position is essential to building a secure-by-design culture and safeguarding the organization’s assets in a fast-paced and highly regulated fintech environment.

    What you’ll do:

    • Design and implement secure, scalable architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
    • Lead threat modeling, risk assessments, and architecture reviews to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities.
    • Integrate security into the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines with tools for SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanning, and infrastructure compliance.
    • Provide security guidance to development, DevOps, and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
    • Define and maintain security architecture principles, reusable patterns, and secure design documentation.
    • Translate regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, GDPR) into practical technical controls.
    • Architect resilient systems with built-in logging, monitoring, failover, and incident response capabilities.
    • Evaluate and guide security posture of third-party integrations, vendors, and internal tooling (e.g., SIEM, CSPM, IAM).

    This role is perfect for you if you have:

    • Proven knowledge of information security architecture, cloud security, network security, and secure software development.
    • Knowledge in security tools for DevSecOps, IAM, vulnerability management, and automation (SAST, DAST, SCA, etc.).
    • Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP, PCI DSS, GDPR, and architectural models (e.g., SABSA, TOGAF, Zero Trust).
    • 5+ years of experience in security architecture or related domains.
    • Strong understanding of modern security threats and layered defense strategies across application, network, and cloud environments.
