What you’ll do:

• Support Project Managers in their daily activities across various large and mid-scale projects
• Assist Project Managers with communication, negotiation, and coordination with third-party providers
• Collaborate with the Operations Division in analyzing, designing, and implementing process changes
• Maintain and update Gantt charts, process diagrams, and project documentation, including meeting notes

This role is perfect for you if you have: 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective interpersonal communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
