About the role:

We’re looking for two motivated PMO Analyst Interns to join our team and gain hands-on experience in Project Management Office (PMO) operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in either Project Management or FinOps (Financial Operations/Technology Business Management), contributing directly to real business outcomes.

Role 1: PMO Analyst Intern – FinOps Focus

What you’ll do:

• Support the consolidation and analysis of finance data related to the tech organization
• Assist in creating cost reports and dashboards related to cloud infrastructure and SaaS services (FinOps)
• Work with cross-functional teams, especially Finance and Tech, to track and optimize spending
• Collaborate closely with Zhashmina and Nour to set up automated reporting and trend analysis
• Participate in implementing FinOps or TBM (Technology Business Management) practices across the company

What we’re looking for:

• Background or strong interest in finance, data analysis, or cloud economics
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI/reporting tools is a plus
• Curiosity and initiative in exploring technology-business intersections
• Strong analytical and organizational skills

Role 2: PMO Analyst Intern – Project Management Focus

What you’ll do:

• Assist the PMO in tracking project timelines, milestones, and resource planning
• Help prepare status updates, documentation, and coordination materials
• Support project delivery and execution across different teams
• Gain exposure to agile and hybrid project management methodologies
• Shadow experienced project managers and contribute to cross-functional initiatives

• Interest in project and program management
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Detail-oriented with a knack for planning and coordination
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project is a plus
