Monitor PRO is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer – AI Dev Analytics Platform

We’re building an ambitious, AI driven developer analytics platform that tracks and analyzes code changes in real time across a large scale microservices architecture written entirely in TypeScript.

This is not just another dev tool: we deploy locally hosted LLMs for deep, contextual code analysis focused on productivity, code quality, and actionable insights – not vanity metrics. If you’re an experienced engineer eager to craft meaningful tools for developers, join us!

What you’ll do

• Own and evolve a distributed microservices system written in TypeScript.
• Integrate and optimize locally deployed LLMs for fast, private code analysis.
• Migrate and manage the ecosystem in Kubernetes.
• Build efficient CI/CD pipelines and process Git metadata in real time.
• Design internal APIs and services for insights, visualization, and alerts.
• Expand the capabilities of our AI models through fine tuning and new features.

• Language: TypeScript (Node.js)
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes
• AI: Locally hosted LLMs (OpenAI compatible, fine tuned when needed)
• Tools: npm, VS Code, your favorite terminal

About you

• You actively leverage AI models to boost your daily productivity.
• You have strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• You’re confident with containers and orchestration via Kubernetes.
• You’ve worked with LLMs – or you’re eager to get hands on.
• You understand how developers work and want to build tools that empower them.
• You’re proactive, self driven, and thrive on building ambitious systems.

Bonus points

• Experience with code analysis tools or working with ASTs.
• Hands on with Git internals or Git APIs.
• Exposure to blockchain technologies.
