You have a solid foundation in C# and WPF or equivalent experience and are driven to expand your skills rapidly. The role

To be successful in this role, you must excel in the following performance objectives:

1. Enhance Software Functionality: Extend and refine our safety analysis tool by adding advanced features and optimizations. Deliver high-quality, compliant, and reliable software, building a deep understanding of the existing codebase to drive user satisfaction.
2. Contribute to Application Redesign with Custom UI Components: Participate in the application redesign. Design and implement scalable, reusable UI controls in C# and WPF. Apply best practices to ensure consistency, reduce complexity, and maintain long-term quality.
3. Implement Rigorous QA Practices: Support the development of a robust QA framework tailored to safety-critical software. Contribute automated tests, participate in code reviews, and help maintain a CI/CD pipeline to increase reliability, reduce manual effort, and accelerate deployment.
4. Optimize Performance and Stability: Help identify and problem-solve performance bottlenecks to achieve faster load times, efficient memory use, and high stability under large-scale data workloads. Ensure the tool performs reliably in demanding scenarios.
5. Excel in Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to align technical solutions with business needs. Communicate with clarity and precision to ensure shared understanding of goals and progress.
