The role

To be successful in this role, you must excel in the following performance objectives:

1. Enhance Software Functionality: Extend and refine the safety analysis tool by adding advanced features and optimizations. Deliver high-quality, compliant, and reliable software, demonstrating mastery of the existing codebase to drive user satisfaction.
2. Lead Application Redesign with Custom UI Components: Lead a full application redesign. Design and implement scalable, reusable UI controls in C# and WPF. Apply best practices to ensure consistency, reduce complexity, and maintain long-term quality.
3. Establish Rigorous QA Practices: Establish a robust QA framework tailored to safety-critical software. Introduce automated testing, enforce code reviews, and implement a CI/CD pipeline to increase reliability, reduce manual effort, and accelerate deployment.
4. Optimize Performance and Stability: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to achieve faster load times, efficient memory use, and high stability under large-scale data workloads. Ensure the tool performs flawlessly in demanding scenarios.
5. Excel in Mentorship and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide technical leadership, guide junior developers, and align cross-functional teams with project goals. Partner closely with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to align technical solutions with business needs. Communicate with clarity and precision to ensure goals are shared, progress is transparent, and outcomes exceed expectations.
